The Duke Energy Residential New Construction Program promotes the construction of highly efficient, better quality new homes in North Carolina and South Carolina.

An ENERGY STAR certified electric water heater can save a household hundreds of dollars per year, and the savings gained from a heat pump water heater only adds to your energy cost savings!
SHIFTED ENERGY
Shifted Energy provides you with a smart water heater controller
that comes pre-installed in your home.

CURB HOME ENERGY MONITORING
Your FREE Curb Home Energy Monitoring System, valued at $750, has been pre-installed in your home and provides you
with access to real-time data so you can save money by making smarter decisions about how you use energy in your home.
Once you are successfully enrolled in the Power Manager® program, email us at INFO@ncconnectedcommunities.com. We will then activate your free Curb service and provide you with additional information about getting started!
